Upon delivery of a parcel to Ukraine, the recipient may be required to pay customs duties and VAT. Parcels weighing up to 50 kg with a declared value of up to 150 EUR, delivered on the same day to the same recipient’s address, are exempt from these fees. A broad range of energy devices are exempt from customs duties, including charging stations such as EcoFlow and Bluetti, generators, and other power generation equipment. This exemption also covers wind and solar energy equipment, including turbines, engines, transformers, batteries, inverters, lithium-ion batteries, and charging stations powered by these batteries with capacities over 300 W.
The standard delivery time is from 4 working days, but it may be extended due to customs procedures in Ukraine.
You may send up to 10 kg of food products in a single package to Ukraine, as long as they are securely packed in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Please note that shipping perishable goods and items requiring special storage conditions is not allowed.
The courier will pick up the parcel on the next business day after payment is processed. Couriers operate Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They may contact you by phone or SMS to confirm a convenient pickup time. You can also find details in the order confirmation e-mail.
Create an account and complete your profile at Meest Post (www.meestpost.com). Email us at info@meestpost.com to notify us about your shipment with a value exceeding 150 €. If your package is damaged or lost during transit, you can file a complaint to request compensation. Please follow these steps: Fill out the complaint form available in the “Complaints” section on our website.
