Buy a ready-made food box for a friend or relative staying in Ukraine or donate it to a Ukrainian charity organization that will reach the people that need help most.
Each food box contains a set of products that will meet the nutritional needs of 1 person over a period of about 2 weeks.
By donating food, you help to save lives.

Collect flashlights for children in Ukraine at your school, workplace, parish or other place, pack them in a collective package and send via Meest Post to the Uniters Foundation warehouse. All flashlights collected in Poland will be transported to local distribution points in Ukraine, where they will be handed over to children.
